Silicon

What makes Revivify different from every other coating?

Revivify is not a ceramic coating. It's a silicon-based, self-healing technology that flexes instead of cracking, absorbs impact instead of chipping, and repairs itself with nothing more than heat.

Chemistry

What is flexible silicon chemistry?

Most coatings use silica (SiO2) — the same compound in glass and sand. Hard, brittle, and prone to cracking. Revivify uses a proprietary silicon-based chemistry that stays flexible and resilient after curing while still offering tremendous durability and protection. It bonds to your paint at 5–10 microns thick, moves with the surface, and self-heals when exposed to heat. That's not an upgrade to ceramic. It's a completely different technology.

Self-healing

How does Revivify's self-healing actually work?

When the coating's surface is scratched, the flexible silicon matrix is displaced — not broken. Apply heat (sunlight, hot water, a heat gun, or IR lamp) and the molecular structure relaxes back to its original form, filling the scratch from within. CarbonX can self-heal scratches up to 3H hardness. This process can repeat unlimited times over the life of the coating.

Flexibility

Why does flexibility matter more than hardness?

The coating industry markets 9H and 10H hardness as premium features. But hardness is exactly why ceramic coatings fail — they're brittle. A hard coating can't absorb rock chips, door dings, or temperature stress. It cracks. Revivify's flexibility means it absorbs impact, bends with the paint, and never chips or peels. Flexibility is the feature. Hardness is the flaw.

Durability

How long does Revivify protection last?

CarbonX provides 7+ years of elite protection. SH Ultra Pro delivers 3–5 years of flagship coverage. SH Mobile Pro offers rapid 1-day cure for professional applications. Revivify coatings are built for multi-year durability and backed by a transferable warranty program. Coating protection is reported to CARFAX, adding verified value to your vehicle’s history report.

Healing

Watch self-healing in action

See how minor scratches vanish when heat is applied. The flexible silicon matrix remembers its original form and restores itself — no buffing, no reapplication, no repair needed. Just heat and time.

How does Revivify compare to PPF (paint protection film)?

PPF is a physical film. Revivify is a chemical bond. Both protect — but only one heals itself, covers every surface, and costs a fraction of the price.

Science

What flexible silicon chemistry does

Silicon-based polymers bond to paint and flex with temperature changes.

Flexible

Silicon remembers its shape

The molecular structure of Revivify's silicon allows it to return to its original form after minor deformation, healing scratches without external intervention.
