CarbonX is applied exclusively by Revivify Elite Dealers using a professional hand-application process. The surface is first decontaminated with PCD, then paint-corrected as needed. The CarbonX formula is applied in controlled layers at 10 microns each, with IR lamp curing used to accelerate the bonding process (50–60% cure at 175°F in 10–15 minutes per panel). Full cure completes within 24 hours under 30°C.
