Every Revivify application follows a precise, certified process designed to deliver maximum performance and longevity.
Paint Correction
All of our Revivify Certified Applicators are professionally trained in paint correction. This is the first step in the surface preparation process — removing defects, swirl marks, and wash scratches to create a flawless foundation for your Revivify protective coating.
Surface preparation with PCD
Your certified applicator begins with Revivify PCD (Paint Correction & Decontamination) to remove contaminants, oxidation, and minor imperfections. This ensures a clean, smooth surface for optimal coating adhesion and performance.
Precision coating application
Your chosen Revivify coating is professionally applied panel by panel. With the option of multiple layers, and professionally leveled for an amazing result, with a deep glossy hydrophobic finish.
Curing and molecular bonding
The silicon-based formula cures and forms a molecular bond with your paint surface. Unlike rigid ceramic coatings, Revivify remains flexible, which is what enables its self-healing properties.
Ongoing maintenance and care
Maintain your coating with pH-neutral washes and periodic CMA Spray applications. Your installer provides a care guide, and Revivify support is always available for questions.

How do you maintain a Revivify coating?
Simple care keeps your Revivify coating performing at peak levels for years. Follow these guidelines to maximize protection and longevity.
Do: Best practices for lasting protection
Wash regularly with pH-neutral soap. Use Revivify Xtreme Seal G-Pro Spray every 3–9 months to maintain hydrophobic performance. Apply heat (sunlight or warm water) to activate self-healing after minor scratches. Always use clean microfiber towels for drying and detailing.
Do: Schedule your annual checkup
All customers should visit a Revivify Certified Applicator for a bi-annual or annual checkup. These visits serve two purposes — to evaluate how the coating is holding up based on your maintenance routine, and to address any areas that need attention with our Revivify annual restoration product.
Don't: What to avoid with your coating
Never use abrasive compounds, harsh chemicals, or acidic cleaners on your coated surface. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes. Do not apply ceramic coatings or waxes over Revivify — they interfere with the self-healing chemistry. Skip compounding and polishing steps that can remove the Revivify coating.
