Process

Existing policyholders: How to file a claim

If you have an existing Revivify warranty policy, our claims department continues to operate normally. Here is how the process works.

Step one

Contact your installer or Revivify

Reach out to the certified applicator who performed your installation, or contact Revivify directly. Provide photos and a description of the issue you are experiencing.

Step two

Claim review and inspection

Our claims team reviews your submission within five business days. We assess photos, documentation, and application records to determine coverage eligibility under your policy.

Step three

Resolution and recoating

Approved claims are resolved through recoating at no additional cost to you, performed by your original installer or a nearby certified Revivify applicator.

Revivify protection adds real value

Revivify-protected vehicles benefit from superior surface protection that preserves appearance and resale value. When our enhanced warranty program relaunches, CARFAX integration and transferable coverage will further increase buyer confidence.

What does coverage include?

We are restructuring our warranty program to partner with multiple leading insurance providers and deliver broader, more comprehensive coverage. We expect to relaunch the enhanced program by early spring 2026. All existing policies remain fully active during this transition.

How do I file a claim?

If you have an existing Revivify warranty policy, our claims department continues to operate without interruption. Contact your installer or Revivify directly with photos and documentation. Claims are reviewed within five business days.

Does warranty transfer to new owners?

Yes. Existing Revivify warranties remain fully transferable to subsequent vehicle owners. This feature will also be part of the enhanced warranty program when it relaunches.

What voids the warranty?

For existing policies, standard exclusions apply: improper maintenance, abrasive cleaners, application of ceramic coatings over Revivify, and collision damage. Professional application by a certified Revivify applicator is required for all warranty coverage.

Does CARFAX show my warranty?

Existing warranty policies that were reported to CARFAX remain on record. When the enhanced warranty program relaunches, CARFAX integration will continue as a standard feature for all eligible products.
